Highway robbery at its best! Stay away! Guy replace a simple air governor and air dryer filter and charged $300 then he claim no battery jumper so he replaced 4 batteries and wanted $300 dollars! After that there was a sudden air brake valve leaking air from out of nowhere he said now it’s a relay valve a 30 dollar part with 2 screws and wants $400 dollars! As to how he thinks he is worth $1000 dollars labor for 1 hour of work is abusive and robbery at its finest! Will file a report with the better business bureau! Going to see if I can make a report with law enforcement for theft which it what it is! Damn an abusive owner by the name of Pedro Velazquez!

Had 2 treads and 2 lug nuts come off while driving my 2017 Kia Sedona on a Sunday. They were open had to go find parts. But got us on the road in no time. And even at a reasonable price!

I am very grateful for Ramos Semi Truck Repair & Tire Shop. While on the road for vacation, we had a front driver tire that had one stud sheared and the other one missing. We are from southwestern Missouri and had to limp here. They made a special effort to resolve the problem. Thank you for helping us and going the extra mile!

I was stranded on side of the road after 5 pm. After looking for a nearby shop to get towed to I called and asked if they would wait for me to arrive via tow truck--with no guess as to what the issue was and if they would be able to fix it. They told me to bring it and if they could get the part I would be back on the road the same night. They repaired my issue quickly, and I made it to Atlanta the same night! While the repair seemed a bit expensive/like I was being overcharged-- given the predicament I was in I am grateful!

Called and ask for mobile service. Gave tire size and he said he would call back. Hour later I called and he said he didn’t have the tire. State he could patch tire if I got it to him without seeing the tire. Had AAA tow me to his location after stating he would be there. Got there and he was gone for the weekend and said he would not be back until Monday. He could have stated this before I was towed to his shop. Afterwards the AAA technician stated there was no way that he was going to be able to patch the tire. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.
